Project- Egina FPSO) Managing the Mechanical Engineering team of 30 people to ensure that all technical documentation is executed in accordance with the project’s requirements. Mechanical design and engineering, for topsides & FPSO Mechanical detailed Mechanical Engineering design, all gained with notable design contractors and/or oil/gas companies within the petrochemical industry particularly with respect to offshore & FPSO oil and gas installations. Co-ordinate all Mechanical Engineering activities and deliverables (specifications, datasheets, schedule, weight control Report, Analysis etc.) and ensures they are produced to the correct level of quality and in accordance with the project plans and procedures.

TECHNIP (CresTech) (HOD – MECHANICAL) Project - OFON PHASE 2 project
Overall administration and Engineering Design tasks in the department for STATIC / Rotating & Package Equipment. Lead Mechanical Engineer for OFON PHASE 2 project for OFD3 & OFD5 Well Head Platforms. Conducting training classes for Nigerian Nationals within the department to improve their Technical capabilities Recruitment and staff training to ensure correct staffing level and staff capability of the department.

Overall administration and assignment of tasks in the department includes Mechanical / Piping / Structural disciplines. Design & Manufacture of OIL & GAS Equipment like Pressure Vessels, PIPING, Platforms, Living Quarter Modules, and Jackets etc. Leading a team of Design engineers & Draughtsmen in proper execution of design and engineering of fabricated equipment and plants for Oil & Gas industry. Elmot Engineering Pvt Limited Hyderabad – INDIA ( Asst. Manager –Design)
Responsible for Design of High capacity shells, Pressure components which goes in to Naval Ships & submarines, Overall responsibility of Design department. Design of Pressure Vessels, Stress and deformation Analysis. Directing draughtsman to create manufacturing drawings. Mechanical Design, Stress Analysis, Shock Analysis and Loading calculations. Scrutiny of Assembly and Sub-assembly drawings. Scrutiny of all manufacturing drawings before issuing for production. Preparation and obtaining approval of QAP (Quality Assurance Plan) for the production item.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) with specialization in Mechanical Engineering from Nagarjuna University(India) - Passed with First Class.
