Petroflow/National Engineering & Technical Company (NETCO) Limited, Nigeria (Instrument Designer) Project : TUPNI - EGINA FPSO Topside Detailed Engineering Design. Liaising with other disciplines in collaborative engineering effort to develop design and maintaining quality and consistency of input data and project deliverables (instrumentation).Coordinating as well with clients and Hull Team for consistency and cable penetrations on Hull for the cables routed to living quarter (LQ).

Kongsberg Maritime Engineering – Singapore (Instrument Engineer)
Assigned to work on Banyu Urip (Exxon Mobil) on Fire & Gas Layout, Location Plan, Cable Schedule, Index and Cable Routing. Also worked on Lamson (Fred Olsen), ARV-3, OSX-1 and TSB (Terang Sirasun Batur) FPSO Projects on instrument package deliverables. Overall responsibility for technical issues and coordinate with other disciplines, Review instrument design documents/ drawings and interface with clients. Duties include actual field surveys, vendors coordination, generating instrument drawings including cable routing and MCT design calculation and installation, Instrument Index, termination drawings, loop drawings and Dossiers file (Instrument & Electrical).

Global Process System Pte Ltd – Singapore (Senior Instrument Designer)
Involved on Point Thompson Central Pad Facilities FEED Project for ExxonMobil (Alaska), and responsible for Enquiry of Junction Boxes, Cables, Cable Glands, Cable Ladder and MCT’s to the vendors, generate Instrument Cable Schedule. (Short Contract - Job completed)

AsiaPac Commissioning Services Pte. Ltd. - Singapore
Responsible for Cable Interconnection Diagrams for Marine Essential Switchboard, HVAC System, Generator PLC System and Emergency Switchboard. Generating drawings for Main Cable/Cable Tray Routing of Electrical, Instrument and Telecommunication Cables, MCT Layout Allocation on BP Angola FPSO Project.

AIR Energi – Singapore (Senior Instrument Designer)
Assigned to work in Apache FPSO Project (after the Fire incident) in rewiring and terminating new junction boxes from field to Instrument Technical Room (ITR), cable routing. Duties include inter-actions and coordinating on the on-going construction and modifying drawings if a problem occurs at site. Updating all drawings involved for Instrumentation.

AIR Energi – Calgary, Canada (Instrument/Electrical Designer)
Involved with Core Projects, such as EnCana, Suncor, BP Canada and Nexen Projects, Perform actual field survey (As-built). Prepare Instrument/Electrical Layout Plan, Cable Routing and Heat Tracing. Coordinating with Civil and Piping Designers for the Equipment/Instrument Layout and Cable Routing.

Jacobs Engineering – Singapore (Instrument Designer)
Assigned in Glaxo Smith Kline Projects in Pilot Plant and GSK Alliance, (Pharmaceutical Plant) and Exxon Mobil Chemicals and Refinery Projects. Assisting in the I/O counts and Equipment /Material Take-off/ Price Listing. Generate I/O List, Instrument Index, and Cable Schedule on Microsoft Access. Prepare Instrument Layout Plan and Cable Routing. Perform actual field survey.

T & L Engineering Consultancy. – Singapore (Instrument Designer)
Involved Petrobras P-51 and P-52 Projects, Floating Production Unit (FPU), Lower Hull. Handles Domain Administration general activities such as creating a new plant and new empty units, setting of Plant-Area-Unit hierarchy, assigning users to groups, defining naming conventions, granting access rights and other tasks in setting-up and maintaining In tools. Supervising the creation of Instrument Index and maintenance of the database. Generates instrument index report from In tools in Excel, Access or Info maker programs. Prepares and customize datasheet in Info maker. Generate report of connection list, loop drawings, hook-up MTO and instrument datasheet.
