Hydraulic analysis using software “PipeCalc” for the calculation of steady flow in Gas pipeline and using Weymouth module to validate the results obtained and calculate the average velocity in pipeline.
Project Handled: Utility Piping Of Ok Lng Development Project (FEED)
Actively involved in the FEED Piping design, Pipe routing and piping material specification etc. in accordance to ASME B31.3. Ensuring that Piping deliverables meet required quality and safety standards. Generation of various Piping deliverables such as General Arrangement. Drawings, Piping Isometric, Piping Material take-offs, Equipment/Plot Plan layout, Equipment and line list etc. Specification of Bill of Materials for Piping Isometrics. Interpretation and review of Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P & ID’s) and all Piping deliverables.
Project Handled: Low Temp. Thermal desorption unit. (FEED) (Piping / Stress Engineer) Developing plant layout design, piping general layout details, piping isometric drawings, piping design for water distribution and fire fighting, sewage piping details, material selection and MTOs.
