Project - EGINA FPSO Project
Assigned as a Area Lead for Package 1 Module P2 and being responsible for Piping and Equipment layout in Cooling water system, Chlorination Package, Instrument Air Package, Nitrogen and Inert Gas package, Air dryer Package and Air compressor Package. Perform as a Secondary Lead in Hull Area and responsible for the routing of Drain system. Coordinate with client representative for interface location between Hull and topside piping. Attend model review and update model and incorporate client comments. Communicate with other discipline to ensure design needs are addressed, and when necessary resolve issues in a mutual respectful manner.

SBM Offshore – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - Sr. Piping Designer / Checker
Project - KAOMBO Project – Total E&P Angola
Assigned to develop equipment and piping arrangement at Turret area for Launcher and Receiver connected to and from riser pipe line. Work with Design Lead and discipline engineer to assure potential trend / change orders are communicated and understood to / by the design team.

Arranged equipment and associated access platform complying safety, maintenance and mechanical handling. Responsible for the creation pipe support using MDS software for critical & non critical.

Take the responsibility of checking and back check of Isometric prior to A1 issuance. Utilize Navis Work Freedom during client model review. Prepare 3D Piping Layout & Equipment layout. To use PDMS (Plant Design Management System) computer design program in producing 3D model, extracting Isometrics and MTO. To be familiar with process plan layout, pipework design, fabrication, erection issues and safety and environmental issues. Prepare all deliverables within the time and budget constraints. Coordinate to concerned department regarding discrepancies in the model.

Responsible includes modeling of Module piping layout and equipment layout using PDMS application. Evaluates vendor equipment data and provides piping information to different disciplines. Checks integrity of the isometrics and run the clash check before isometrics are produced. Prepare pipe support and incorporate into the model prior to stress review.
